Neuromathic is a startup company, formed early 2017, that is developing cutting edge technology based on artificial intelligence. The company is a spin off from Lund University and behind the company is a multidisciplinary group of researchers and experts from the fields of health technology, mathematical sciences, computer science and human-centered design.
We are currently developing a new artificial intelligence technology for automatic detection and monitoring of personal health status. The complete solution is a system built on IoT devices connecting through a widespread server system that is running machine learning algorithms.

We are very active in the mathematical research community. Currently the main areas of research are focused around deep learning but also in other fields like image analysis and convolutional neural networks applied to (gleason-)grading for health applications.
As one part of our health AI commitment, we are in a join effort with other swedish companies to create top level machine knowledge based on fall data from a large number of test users.

We are now looking for talented people who are passionate about:
• Write code in one or more languages (Python, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Matlab)
• Develop core machine learning algorithms.
• Function as a core member of an agile team working on API specs
• Design and develop
new applications on multiple channels like native iOS, Android, web, social integration and open APIs.
• Design and implement web-enabled systems for data collection
• A visionary engineer or technologist with a passion for learning new technologies, programming and translating them into working software.
• Experience with software design, development and automated testing
• Experience
with design, editing, and programming across one or more platforms and languages (Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Perl, Python, R, Ruby, Shell Scripting, CSS, HTML, HTML5), data structure fundamentals and relational databases
• Understanding of XML, JSON , Web Services technologies and with experience in multi-threaded programming is a big plus
• Android, iOS, or Windows Phone development experience is also a plus, but not required
• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
